The Executive Leader - Delivery & Performance is a key role within the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will oversee vital operational areas, including financial management, technology and information services, governance, health and compliance, and people and culture.
This role is pivotal in driving organisational performance, aligning resources to strategic priorities, and ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective services to internal stakeholders as well as our community. You will also lead the development of long-term financial and asset management plans, enabling sustainable growth for Launceston.
We are looking for an inspirational leader with demonstrated expertise in leadership, financial management, and technology. Your ability to inspire high-performing teams and lead continuous improvement will set you apart. Experience managing diverse portfolios, collaborating across teams, and navigating complex stakeholder relationships is essential.
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification or bring substantial experience in a related field. A background in local government or similar organisations is advantageous but not essential.
