Metro South Hospital and Health Service are seeking a dynamic individual to further strengthen their Executive Leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Lead (Strategic Programs) will drive the implementation of strategic programs across the health service ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.

About the RoleThe successful applicant will:
Provide organisational-wide strategic executive leadership in setting the direction of the strategic programs taking into account local, state and national health policy, trends and opportunities and ensuring alignment to broader MSH strategy.Engage and maintain strong professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and staff members in a multidisciplinary organisation to advocate for and influence engagement with strategic programs and produce desired outcomes.Provide expert advice to solve large-scale, complex clinical service or workflow problems across Metro South and the broader south-east corridor, to ensure successful delivery of the project through recognised expertise and high-level interpretation of existing health service systems, professional standards and other considerations.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
