We are currently looking for an Executive Housekeeper and an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. About the Opportunity:As the leader of the Housekeeping team at The Sundays, you'll play a vital role in bringing the spirit of Sunday—relaxed, joyful, and connected—to life each day. Guiding a team dedicated to excellence, you'll ensure that every room and shared space embodies our ethos of laid-back luxury and warmth. What You'll Do: Motivate and support the Housekeeping team, establishing a welcoming and positive culture from day one. Manage daily operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services meet luxury standards. Build a strong team through effective onboarding, coaching, and skill development. Oversee room inspections and inventory management, ensuring all areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked. Implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations. Uphold The Sundays' ethos in all interactions, creating a relaxed and memorable guest experience. What We're Looking For: Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar, with at least 12-18 months of supervisory experience (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, training, and team-building skills. Solid understanding of housekeeping and hotel operations. Ability to handle unexpected challenges with poise and professionalism. Passionate about creating positive guest experiences aligned with The Sundays' ethos.
