Position Snapshot: Multiple ResidencesRoom for role growthWorking closely with the House Manager, the housekeeper will assist in providing a 7-star level of hospitality to the owner.
The position is housekeeping focused but includes some service, with plenty of opportunity for role expansion over time within the growing family requirements.
This is a full-time housekeeping role for a lovely high-profile family, covering residences in Armadale and Toorak, Melbourne.
We are looking for a highly experienced housekeeper, particularly good with house organisation, laundry, and wardrobe management.
The position could suit a former superyacht stewardess looking to transition to a land-based role in Melbourne, with a mostly Monday to Friday work week and no overnighters.
Duties will include: All housekeeping duties including detailed cleaning, organisation, household stock management, and laundry.Laundry - must be confident in laundering a wide range of fabrics and types of garments; including following care instructions, stain treating, ironing, folding, and wardrobe management.Basic food preparation and hygienic practices in the kitchen; manage kitchen stocks and arrange groceries in appropriate storage areas.Assist with dinner table setting and occasional beverage and meal service.Assist the House Manager with any family-related tasks or errands.Monday to Friday; flexibility with hours preferred.Experience required: Preference for someone with a yachting background or private home experience.A high level of detail.Ability to work both in a team setting and autonomously.Strong time management skills.Other requirements: Police Check.Driver's License and Own Vehicle.Long-term availability.Australian Resident.Own Accommodation in Melbourne.Start: When Found.
