About You:AQF Diploma or associate degree required with two years of relevant experience.At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualification.Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery.Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen.Enthusiasm and a creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine.Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP.Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster.Well presented, punctual, and reliable.Ability to plan and develop menus, labour costs, and food ordering.Monitor and produce quality dishes in all stages of preparation and organisation.Prepare and cook food to hygiene regulations.Ability to keep your section clean and organised with a good understanding of workflow and structure.Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.A passion for quality food and produce.Own transport required.You will be joining a high-performing workplace that believes in developing new talent and empowering people to drive their own results.
