Full-time ExecutiveDetails: Major Projects Canberra (MPC) is seeking a highly experienced and suitably skilled leader to join the Directorate as the Executive Group Manager, Property and Government Insourcing Group.
The role offers:
diverse and rewarding roleflexible working including hybrid office/home arrangements.The Property and Government Insourcing Group provides expert property management and maintenance services to the ACT Government and the community.The Property and Government Insourcing Group manages and maintains buildings and property that enable the ACT Government to provide Government and community services.
The group supports the ACT Government's delivery of its services through flexible, efficient, and cost-effective accommodation solutions and property services. Community services and support are also enabled through the provision of properties to community organisations at affordable rental rates.
The key to the success to the Property and Government Insourcing Group is being customer focused, responsive and an innovative organisation that can be relied upon to deliver. The position requires active engagement with government, non-government and community bodies including all directorates and agencies, including their Directors-General, Ministers, and the Legislative Assembly to understand their needs and ensure that the Property and Government Insourcing Group delivers the solutions they need to achieve their outcomes.

does not require a pre-employment medical;does not require a Work with Vulnerable People checkRemuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $336,019 - $349,479 depending on the current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $299,120. Contract: The successful applicant will be placed on a short-term contract for up to two years.
