As the Executive General Manager for Safety, People, and Environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ports, which include Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland, and Varanus Island, along with five future port sites.

Enhancing safety frameworks and systems at Pilbara Ports.Delivering people and culture business partnering services that foster a capable, engaged, and diverse workforce.Ensuring we create a sustainable future for our customers and protect cultural heritage.Building strong relationships with Aboriginal communities to support their social and economic wellbeing.What We're Looking For:We seek a strategic leader with contemporary knowledge of issues in people and culture, safety, and environment functions. You should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-performance teams, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Location:This role offers the flexibility to be based in either our Karratha or Port Hedland office.
