The EGM has responsibility to establish and monitor standards of performance, areas of risk and opportunity in order to achieve best practice performance and provides leadership within a culture which fosters collaboration, evidence-based decision making, research, learning and innovation.This is a role for a strong and collaborative leader with a successful track record in leading services within a large and complex health care organisation, a strategic and comprehensive approach to planning and decision making, and demonstrated ability to manage a significant budget and a large, diverse workforce.
