EXECUTIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER Hamilton Island is seeking a passionate, experienced, and driven individual to join our leadership team as an Executive Food & Beverage Manager. This is an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to one of Australia's premier island destinations, overseeing the award-winning qualia restaurants and you will also have involvement in other fine dining outlets across the island.
About the Role As one of four Executive Food & Beverage Managers, you'll work closely with the General Manager and the broader leadership team to ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, and financial success. Your primary focus will be on flagship Pebble Beach and Long Pavilion restaurants at qualia.
You'll play a key role in shaping the dining experiences that have positioned Hamilton Island as a leader in hospitality. From overseeing day-to-day operations to developing strategic plans, you will ensure our venues maintain their reputation for excellence while mentoring a highly skilled and motivated team.
Responsibilities Include: Leading and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver world-class guest experiences.Managing recruitment, performance appraisals, training, and development of your team.Achieving financial goals by monitoring costs, labour, inventory, and P&L performance.Developing and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Ensuring compliance with WH&S, statutory regulations, and company standards.Designing and maintaining menus, beverage lists, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the General Manager.This full-time role offers the opportunity to live and work on the stunning Hamilton Island, surrounded by the Great Barrier Reef and all its natural beauty.
About You We are looking for a true leader with extensive experience in high-end hospitality, particularly in luxury or fine dining environments. You're a professional who leads by example, excels under pressure, and thrives in a collaborative team culture.
