We are looking for a highly talented individual to provide and lead support to the Key Executive in all matters including finance in an established property development environment.We are one of the largest and most dynamic property development companies in South Australia and are seeking a high performing finance all-rounder with highly refined and tested administration skills to form a pivotal role in our Chairman's office.This role will provide high-level financial support to the Chairman and other Executive Committee members. The role provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. You must be creative, flexible and enjoy working within a property environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to achieve positive results in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, excellent financial knowledge, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.You will be a self-starter showing initiative and entrepreneurial thinking within all actions of your daily routine as we encourage proactive initiative allowing business and personal growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the financial operations of the Group and family.Analyse and provide explanation of Word, Excel, Project presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the Group.Draft and prepare correspondence for internal business divisions, board meetings, and external organisations.Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls.Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle all business matters.Conserve the Chairman's time by reading, researching, collecting and analysing information as needed, in advance.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; perform additional duties as assigned by Chairman.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of related experience required in working in an executive role supporting Senior executives and Managers.Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business.PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:Business sense - have a strong business and financial sense and can determine priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.Service focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of the Chairman and other senior executives by maintaining effective relationships with interested parties.Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency.Good sense of humour will serve you well.
