Our opportunity The Executive Divisional Coordinator will provide high level administrative support to the Director, Gambling.
Key accountabilities
Provide administrative support to the Director including email and calendar management, meeting agenda and minutes, procurement tasks and follow up of outstanding issues on behalf of the Division;Prepare reports, briefing papers on activities within the Division;Provide support for commission inquiries which includes payment and filing in accordance with financial procedures and licence renewal processes.Who we are looking for To be successful in this position you will have:
