This role involves managing relationships with State, Commonwealth, and international government organisations and agencies while leading a team of up to 150. The Executive Director will work closely with BKI colleagues to build collaborative and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with enterprise-wide policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.The preferred candidate will possess proven leadership capability, exceptional communication skills, and strong commercial and business acumen to drive financial sustainability and business growth. A track record of leading change and building a high-performance culture is essential, along with creative problem-solving skills to influence outcomes and efficiency improvements in a complex operating environment.
