Perth, however as we are a multi-campus institution you may be required to work from more than one campus This is a 5 year fixed-term full time Senior Executive Service vacancy at our Perth campus. We are seeking a dynamic and engaging leader with extensive experience in the Vocational Education and Training sector to join our senior executive leadership team.
Using your effective management and business improvement skills, you will shape a high functioning organisational system across the training delivery portfolios, steering efficient and informed business operations. As an executive leader, you will value and attend to cultural matters in the workplace in line with NMTAFE's caring culture.
Take the helm in training delivery as you lead your team of academic leaders in achieving Student Curriculum Hours (SCH) targets, financial, physical and HR business compliance and achievement of college KPIs.
As the Executive Director, you will be an excellent communicator and coach as you work with your team of academic leaders in delivery exceptional training in line with industry, community and government needs and direction.
