This is not a salaried type position; however, for the right party who backs themselves, a retainer can be negotiated.

This position is for an experienced person who wants to earn 'big money' through performance, profit share, and shareholding, and is able to back their ability to perform.

They must have rounded experience in property development and the capability to engage with our extensive list of referrers, planners, accountants, and directly with the general public.
The RoleYou will take responsibility as a shareholder and executive director within the group organization, alongside the chairman and the rest of the team.
Proven track record in property development and sales/capital developments in Australia.Strong business acumen, with proven ability to assess financial benefits and risks.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.Existing property development or development advisory or a strong property sales background.True front-end development experience and proven negotiation skills.Skilled in task management and action planning and able to work autonomously - this is a vital criterion.Exposure to legal and property finance.Ability to be self-sufficient and driven - and to run the business as if it was your own.Willingness to do all that it takes to make the huge scope of this business fly.Experience across a diverse range of sectors would also be highly regarded, including any investor and funds management.
