Department for Health and Wellbeing – Strategy and Governance – Strategy and Intergovernment Relations Salary: $185,945 to $286,070 – SAES Level 1 – Full Time / Term Contract (temporary up to 07 January 2028) Overview: Provides departmental leadership in the development of long-term system strategy across both State and National policy issues. Facilitation and development of system wide strategy across complex statewide and national policy issues. Leading the development of the SA Health Strategic plan in line with Government directions. Providing thought leadership across the SA Health portfolio in the identification of emerging new portfolio level strategic issues and facilitating the development of system level responses. Leading SA Health's negotiations with the Commonwealth and States and Territories across major Commonwealth-State funding agreements and other significant agreements. Lead governance over implementation of the National Health Reform agreement. The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time.
