About the opportunity The Executive Director, Office of the Chief Executive Officer will provide high-level advice and strategic solutions to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on complex matters relating to the delivery of the Suburban Rail Loop and operation of the Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA). The position will be responsible for the operation of the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and ensuring that the focus of the CEO and ELT is directed appropriately. The position will ensure that connection and integration of workstreams across portfolios is sufficient for effective information flows, timely decision making and the identification and resolution of issues.
To be successful you will: Possess exceptional stakeholder skills with the ability to effectively influence outcomes, engage and maintain relationships and manage competing expectations. Have a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve strategic issues within a delivery focused and sensitive environment.
