One vacancy is available, either ongoing or fixed for 3 years This position is responsible and accountable for ensuring the implementation of
NT Nursing and Midwifery strategy, clinical governance inclusive of professional
nursing and midwifery standards of care and conduct for the Barkly Region.
Collectively and collaboratively work with members of the Barkly Region Executive to meet
legislative and regulatory requirements along with person-centred care. Willing to
travel intra-territory to remote communities by road or light aircraft, including
overnight stays. Experience driving a manual vehicle with eligibility to obtain an
NT manual driver's licence is essential.
Due to the isolation of Tennant Creek and the differences in living expenses
(accommodation, food and fuel), various incentives are provided including:
