EMPLOYMENT DETAILS · Permanent Full-time · Annual income between $76747 - $116332 (full-time) · Rural and remote experience ABOUT THE ROLE The Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery Services provides professional leadership to nursing and midwifery staff. Forming part of the Executive Leadership Team this role provides leadership, strategic focus, authoritative and expert advice on a wide range of professional and policy nursing and midwifery issues. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE · Mandatory: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife and a current annual practicing certificate. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to the commencement of employment. · Highly desirable: possession of a relevant post graduate qualification (i.e. Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree) or evidence of enrolment in such a program is highly desirable. Previous experience working in senior nursing/midwifery leadership positions.
