Join Planning Group as the Executive Director of Policy and Statutory Planning and shape a thriving future for our state.
We're seeking a dynamic member to be part of our Executive Leadership Team, driving strategic objectives and complying with legislative requirements.

You'll bring to the table an extensive knowledge of planning and policy, utilising your expertise to develop practical land use planning outcomes.
Your leadership will be vital in ensuring our policies, frameworks, and regulations are effectively delivered in line with statutory obligations.

Showcase your technical leadership on complex and politically sensitive matters, securing evidence-based solutions that guide us toward the most beneficial actions for Queensland.
Your role requires superior consultation abilities, proficiency in engagement with stakeholders, conflict resolution, and a proven track record in forming strategic alliances.
You will maintain and strengthen connections with local governments, planning and development industries, community groups, and government agencies and guide our team as we provide expert, sensible, and research-backed counsel to the Planning Minister and other key decision-makers.
