We're looking for an Executive Director – Health to lead, manage and grow RPI's National Health practice. Our Health sector plays a critical role in contributing to the achievement of RPI's strategic plans.
Working as part of RPI's National Executive Management Group, you'll be responsible for expanding our current pipeline and developing new business, that will be capable of delivering Year on Year growth.
Located in either our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office, you'll be responsible for:
Business Development: maintain, develop, and grow client revenue streams. This includes securing new clients and increasing the percentage of repeat business, to achieve your Profit Centre's Contribution to Profit, Revenue and Utilization targets.Client Service Delivery: lead staff performance and service-delivery standards across the sector. This includes executing client contracts and variations for additional scope of service items, as well as ensuring all client feedback is actioned in a timely manner.People Management: maintain an engaged workforce, ensuring all staff's Professional Development Plans and reviews are in place to foster growth/development opportunities. This includes future Workforce Planning and Succession Planning activities.Profit Centre Management: ensure reporting and End of Month activities are completed with consistency and accuracy, in line with RPI's timeframes and requirements.Recruitment: identify and secure work-winning talent to grow the critical mass of the National practice – your ability to communicate the vision of the company will be critical.Advocacy: attend and participate in industry/company events, acting as a brand ambassador and company advocate.Behavioural Management: living RPI's company values daily, demonstrate sound decision-making and positive interactions with staff & clients. This includes implementing business improvement initiatives, and actively promoting a safe workforce – one that enhances staff well-being, performance, diversity and inclusion. Candidate Profile – Who Is This Role For?
To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience leading and growing a business unit within the Healthcare sector.
The successful candidate may be a Director, Executive Director, or hold a similar role within the planning and delivery of Health capital projects. This may include experience with a Project Management Consultancy, Health Advisory Consultancy, Client-Side organisation or as a Contractor.
You'll also need:
Demonstrated responsibility for a business's Profit and Loss.Proven experience in business development pursuits, with a track record of winning new work and maintaining a diverse/viable portfolio of projects.Strong industry networks and relationships in the Healthcare sector – your ability to leverage and manage those relationships will be critical to this role.A passion for mentoring & developing staff – this not only leads to growth opportunities for employees, but also better project outcomes for clients.A demonstrated skillset in strategic thinking, commercial management and negotiations.A proactive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach, to drive sustainable business growth.Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline including clinical qualifications supported with experience in capital projects.
