The Growth Portfolio has been established to support the 2030 Strategic Plan – 'Growth for Impact'. BKI aims to equip students and customers with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a dynamic and complex world. To cater for rising demand, BKI is focused on sustainable growth through innovation and organisational agility. This role is accountable for the business development pipeline for business-to-business and business-to-customer, including strategic partnerships to deliver growth, and developing and executing growth strategies, fostering partnerships, and leading efforts to increase enrolment, funding, and sponsorship offerings. The appointee will lead marketing and brand, jobs and skills centre, schools' teams, and business development both domestically and internationally; to identify new revenue streams, create innovative business models, and explore expansion opportunities. Collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders, the ED will build networks, negotiate partnerships, and ensure the organisation's growth aligns with purpose and strategic priorities.About YouYou are an experienced and commercially astute leader with a proven track record in driving business development and delivering on growth targets in complex environments.
