This high-profile role will lead the new Advertising and Insights Hub and is directly responsible for providing both high level strategic direction to significant brand campaigns and complete operational oversight.
It is expected that you will be able to demonstrate a specific and deep level of expertise in brand advertising and campaign leadership.
Your executive leadership experience will include strong communication skills in a change management environment, with the ability to identify and optimise areas of opportunity, whilst also proactively managing areas of risk or change reluctance across a large and complex structure.
An understanding of government processes and accountabilities will be highly advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills will be needed to forge strong partnerships across all government agencies, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Your team will deliver research and insights that will support alignment, development and implementation of advertising strategy.
In addition to your brand advertising experience, you will need a strong commercial acumen as this role has budgetary accountabilities and will oversee external agencies and service providers.
You will also have the opportunity to help plan and structure the Hub, in advance of its 'Go Live' date in early 2025.
Special Conditions The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.Some work outside of normal hours will be required.This role requires a National Criminal History check.For more information please see the role description:

Bringing together the brand advertising requirements of over 30 Government agencies, this business will lead the strategic direction of government brand advertising and the insights responsible for delivering a centralised brand advertising service, to better inform South Australians about important issues that affect their lives.
