The organisation is made up of over 1350 employees, providing services across the Perth metropolitan area at 160 community health centres, in schools, home visits, and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families.Aboriginal Health - Provides culturally appropriate and secure services to the Aboriginal community.Child Health - Offers a universal schedule of child health and developmental assessments at key ages.Child Development Service - Free assessment, early intervention and treatment for children with developmental delays.Immunisation - Provides childhood immunization services and statewide advice.Refugee Health - Supports newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants.School Health - Services for children and families from kindergarten to year 12.Healthy Lifestyle Program - A family-based program for children affected by higher weight.Bedwetting service - A family-based program for children affected by higher weight.About the PositionAs the Executive Director of Community Health, you'll collaborate within a senior leadership team, manage risk, and achieve strategic and operational priorities.
