Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:Shaping and driving the strategic direction of the organisation to achieve its purpose, contributing insight into reputation management and income generation for strategic and operational plans.Providing regular and ad hoc reports to senior colleagues, the CEO, and the Board on Marketing, Communications, Innovation and Business Development, and Fundraising progress.Working closely with Executive team colleagues to ensure alignment and support on key developments that impact various departments.Overseeing and reporting on annual income and expenditure budgets for departments within your scope, addressing variances to peers, the CEO, and the Board.Identifying and managing risks associated with operational activities.
