About the role? With our pipeline expanding over the next decade, this is an exciting opportunity to join our executive team as the Executive Development Director (EDD). Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the General Manager (Construction) and COO, you will be responsible for leading the strategic, commercial, and financial direction of Fiteni's development pipeline. The EDD will oversee the delivery of large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities for the role include: Leading commercial strategy, partnerships , and financial governance. Driving long-term profitability and managing the project pipeline, ensuring seamless delivery of projects. Steering a high-performing team , fostering professional growth and accountability. Identifying and managing risks and opportunities to maximise project success. Collaborating with senior leaders to help shape the strategic direction of the group. What are we looking for? To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
A proven track record of leading and maintaining a high-performing team in property development. Experience managing large-scale, multi-stage residential projects . Tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Construction, or Business. In-depth understanding of asset types, investment strategies, and market trends. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to foster team development. Excellent stakeholder management and a history of building strong relationships. A strong track record in financial accountability and budget management. What's in it for you?
