About the Role As the Executive Coordinator you will:
Maintain effective relationships with the Minister's office, Director-General's office and the offices of other senior leaders in the public and private sectorsManage workflows throughout the branch in line with priorities set by the Assistant Director-GeneralManage the diary and commitments of the Assistant Director-General and ensure they are appropriately briefed for attendance and representation in any forumsPlease view the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities. About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Ability to foster positive working relationships with team members and senior stakeholders.Understanding of government and administrative processes, policies and procedures.Experience in coordination or management of workflows and ability to design or enhance existing workflowsSound written skills and ability to develop advice and briefings for senior executivesAbility to rapidly acquire knowledge and understanding of complex and changing policy environments.Ability to operate in an agile environment and support multiple competing program priorities.Interested?
