$110,266 to $122,058 plus super and leave loadingJoin us in driving impactful change by transforming the NSW electricity system!Play a lead role in coordinating, developing and delivering enabling infrastructure projects that support the Government's plan to transform the NSW energy system into one that is affordable, clean and reliable for everyone.Temporary full-time role up to 4 years at 35 hours per week plus FlexTime.Sydney or NSW location by negotiation.Hybrid working from home and office supported.Salary range from $110,266 to $122,058 plus super and leave loading.EnergyCo NSW is spearheading the transition to renewable energy to deliver clean electricity to the people of NSW as coal-fired power stations near closure.About the OpportunityEnergyCo's Project Interface and Strategic Coordination branch oversees state-wide enabling infrastructure and related programs, including roads and transport, ports, workforce accommodation, telecommunications, water, waste management, and logistics.
The branch works in close collaboration with various EnergyCo divisions and government agencies to deliver strategic initiatives supporting the State's energy transition.We are seeking an Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to its leadership team.
This pivotal role involves managing workflows, coordinating major projects, and balancing competing priorities to achieve EnergyCo's ambitious goals, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and driving successful outcomes across key initiatives.About YouYou are an experienced Executive Coordinator with a strong foundation in administrative support and a passion for coordinating projects.
You excel at managing complex schedules, tracking action items, and preparing critical documentation to support senior leadership and ensure the seamless execution of high-priority initiatives.
