Salary:

Level 8, $144,597 - $156,598 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA 2022)This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAPThe Office of the Director General provides strategic advice on procedural and transactional matters, ensuring the effective operation of administrative infrastructure that supports the Director General's responsibilities.
It oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of executive processes and responses, facilitating seamless administrative support.
Serving as a key conduit, the branch manages communication and coordination between the Office of the Minister for Education and the Director General's Office, enabling cohesive and responsive leadership across the education portfolio.The RoleThe Department of Education is seeking an experienced Executive Consultant to provide high-level advice and support to the Director General on national and state education reforms, strategic initiatives, and policy development.
You will lead complex research and analysis projects, review ministerial documents and reports, and provide strategic recommendations that influence critical decision-making processes.As a senior advisor and Department representative on committees and working groups, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional offices, executive teams, and government agencies, to coordinate and deliver strategic education initiatives.
This position also provides leadership to Ministerial and Executive Services, ensuring accountability and alignment with the Department's strategic goals.Professional BenefitsWe are conveniently located in
