We are seeking an Executive Chef who is capable of running a multi-outlet kitchen whilst working closely with the group's Creative Culinary Director.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the kitchen team through recruitment, training, and succession planning.
Create customer-focused menus that meet brand standards and ensure high-quality food production across all outlets.
Foster positive customer relations and promptly resolve kitchen-related issues.
Oversee department operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and waste control.
Maintain effective communication within the hotel and ensure team knowledge of menu items and promotions.
Conduct regular meetings, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address maintenance, hygiene, and food wastage, while regularly reviewing menus to align with market trends.
Experience:
Previous, relevant experience as an Executive Chef in the hotel industry.
Experience with similar restaurants, dry ageing and world-class protein programs.
Manage a team that requires very structured processes.
Certificate from a recognised culinary institution.
Certified in Food Handling and HACCP.
Offer:
$10k - $13k per month (Singapore tax implications and exchange rates to be considered).
AWS - guaranteed 1 month bonus based on tenure.
