A great opportunity exists for an Executive Chef to join a regional Hotel in the South Gippsland region of Victoria located less than 90 minutes from Melbourne.
It's a popular, well-established pub hotel and a tourist destination town with a thriving rural community and frequent tourists.

This is an opportunity for someone to lead a team and continue to build, expand, and develop the menu.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCEYou will have at a minimum a Certificate IV along with 4 years of experience running a kitchen as a Head or Executive Chef.
