We are looking for a STAND OUT head chef with proven club/ pub experience Passionate management who believe that staff are their most valuable commodity 6 FIGURE SALARY + SUPER + Club Structure & Benefits Executive Chef The Bellarine + Mornington Peninsula Generous Salary State of the Art Facilities Work-Life-Balance As the Executive Chef you will be the complete creative force behind all menu planning and kitchen operations.

The business is growing and there are new developments in place.
You will be responsible for running the existing restaurant, cafe, functions and events then working on a whole new venue that will compliment the original.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, food preparation, and presentation.
Develop and execute new dishes and seasonal menus that align with the business brand and vision.
Lead, mentor and train a strong team for the existing site and the new venture.
Work with the management team to develop and launch the new venue.
Solid financial and business acumen to be able to control costs manage the budget effectively.
Have a thorough understanding of all health, safety and hygiene standards.
Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef in an established venue with multiple outlets.
A passion for all things food and creative menu development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
