Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of Daydream Island Resort. Reporting to the Resort Operations Manager you will be passionate about food, creative in menu development, and skilled in managing kitchen operations. As Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and service, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation and consistency.
Your culinary expertise will be utilised to guide and develop your team to excellence.
