We have two restaurants; Rises Restaurant offers a hearty alpine buffet breakfast every day and South Eatery Restaurant, a la carte dining, featuring the best of Central Otago seasonal menus and wines.
A lounge bar, room service and conferencing complete our Food and Beverage offerings.

About You Experience: 3+ years in a culinary leadership role within a commercial kitchen.Leadership: A passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team to achieve their best.Skills: Expertise in local food safety regulations, rostering, cost control, and time management.Communication: Strong interpersonal and engagement skills, fostering collaboration across teams.Creativity: A vibrant, confident, and innovative cooking style, with an emphasis on quality and presentation.Additional Information
