Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure culinary team success Lead annual menu planning initiatives from conception including banquet kits, seasonal a la carte and VIP dining.
Coordinate teams across multiple departments to deliver on large scale events Manage operational activities related to the kitchen operations to achieve financial plan, profit margins, and business growth Oversee the Food Safety Management System ensuring all HACCP standards are adhered to What will you bring?
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role with a successful track record managing large-scale and high-end kitchen operations.
