Executive Branch Manager, Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Full-time Executive Details: Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking a suitably skilled Executive Branch Manager (EBM), to fill the role in the short term, for a period of up to six months. Working closely with CHS Divisions, the People and Culture portfolio delivers strategically aligned workforce solutions in areas including people policy and strategies, change management, human resource management, organisational development, diversity and inclusion, general clinical and leadership training, workforce planning, industrial and employee relations, pay and benefits and rewards and recruitment. Reporting to the Executive Group Manager, People and Culture, the EBM will be responsible for the operational management of the Division, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of strategic people management advice, policy and programs across CHS. The successful incumbent will lead divisional staff through the design, development, and delivery of transformational human resources management functions and ensure those functions are responsive to the strategies identified in the organisation's strategic plans and frameworks. To be successful in this position, the successful candidate will have previous experience in human resource management and talent acquisition, ideally in a complex health system. Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $242,863 - $252,564 depending on the current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $215,572. Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a short-term contract for a period of up to six months with the possibility of extension up to two years. North Canberra Hospital - As of 3 July 2023 Calvary Public Hospital Bruce transitioned to CHS and became North Canberra Hospital. The transition will deliver a health system networked under one provider and will provide increased workforce opportunities for staff at both CHS sites.
