About the Role We have an Executive Assistant role in one of our most dynamic and innovative teams, supporting the Chief Digital and Innovation Partner and providing agile, effective and efficient administrative support to the Partner and the Digital Solutions Development team.
You'll be the Partner's right hand person and have the ability to prioritise and deal with matters on her behalf, where appropriate.
You'll ensure that urgent matters are brought to her attention and that the business is able to engage with her as needed.
Your key responsibilities include: Respond to incoming emails, calls and enquiries from the business, and take action as appropriate.
Prepare presentations for internal and external speaking engagements, including keynote presentations.
Organise internal and client events, including team events, planning days and team meetings.
Maintenance of CRM database (client, contact and key account management and maintenance, opportunity pipeline management, referral tracking, BD activity management) for team by ensuring data is current and accurate.
Assist Partner with meeting preparation including providing relevant information and follow-up actions.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements on behalf of the team.
Process expense claims for Partner and Director.
Maintaining office systems, including data management and scanning/filing of correspondence.
About You Proven EA or PA experience within a corporate environment.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
Responsive and thoughtful approach to internal and external requests.
Strong client service ethic and will go the 'extra mile' to commit to excellence.
Attentive to detail and quality, able to spot duplications, inconsistencies and errors.
Committed to working cooperatively and collaboratively as a team member to attain goals.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
