About Jimblebar At Jimblebar, we are a people focussed, innovative and friendly site where a culture of inclusivity, fun and safety is our most important priority. Your role will be site based on a fly-in, fly-out roster from Perth. We have outstanding facilities at the modern FIFO village of Warrawandu which include a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, golf driving nets, outdoor cinema, netted cricket pitch, tennis and basketball court; beach volleyball court, games room and TV lounge. All rooms at the village have access to 4G wireless internet, ensuite bathroom, television, refrigerator, and air-conditioning.
About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with the General Manager Jimblebar and wider Leadership Team, as well other key stakeholders, providing high level administrative support. This role will be on a FIFO 5/2/4/3 roster
Key accountabilities include the following:
• Provide executive administrative support to the GM
• Responsible for the proactive management of the GM's diary and email
• Manage organisation of day-to-day activities, forward planning and co-ordination of meetings
• Proactively manage information flow and communications, including internal and external calls, requests and correspondence and delegation of other matters to appropriate employees
• Collate and prepare presentations, papers, documents, including collection and interpretation of data from key contacts
• Supports GM on projects as required
• Maintains confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence and related material including Statutory records as part of WHS compliance.
• Supporting the functions of the business where required (HR, Finance, HSE)
• Site administration tasks such as assisting with external visitors, site access requirements, catering, and other general administration duties
About You We are looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, and embraces change. You will be required to work well with ambiguity and under pressure, at times with conflicting priorities. Experience in stakeholder management and administration at an executive level for a large organisation is preferred.
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role Sound business judgement, high professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Experience with SAP, preferred About Our Process At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
