Executive Assistant Opportunity - Travel/Tourism Industry
Southern Gold Coast Location | Temporary Contract | Full-Time Hours | February 2025 Start
Randstad is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry. Starting in February 2025, this is an excellent opportunity to support two senior directors in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
We are seeking a candidate with strong administrative and organisational skills who can deliver high-level executive support and help drive efficiency at the senior leadership level.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will involve:
Providing high-level administrative support to two senior directors.
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all documents are prepared for meetings.
Coordinating and arranging meetings, including venues, minute-taking, and distribution of minutes.
Drafting correspondence on behalf of directors and assisting with email management.
Handling expense reconciliations and supporting financial administration tasks, including purchase orders and budget preparation.
Preparing critical documents, such as board papers, reports, and presentations.
Assisting with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.

Ideally, You Will HavePrevious experience providing high-level support to executives and boards of directors.
Experience as an EA to senior executives in a corporate setting.
Strong stakeholder communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
