Job DescriptionThis pivotal role provides high-level administrative support to VPO NSW & ACT – Premium, Midscale & Economy and Regional Executive Team:
Maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders including Regional team, Operational teams, owners and consultants, and suppliers by ensuring communication is regular and appropriate.Liaise with other EAs to ensure communication, processes, and procedures across the Group are consistent.Prepare communication to send to Properties/Business units.Assist with the coordination and management of projects.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time.
Similar experience as an Executive Assistant; hotel experience is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management and coordination skills.Proficient in Canva, Outlook, and MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).Additional InformationAt Accor, creating exceptional guest experiences is an obsession.
