This is a team with an innovative approach to all facets of Real Estate. Currently seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside a talented agent who has dominated the Eastern Suburbs for several years, this opportunity will see you collaborating with one of the industry's biggest billers. Operating out of picturesque offices across the Eastern Beaches this is a high-profile agency that is built on a team comprised of professional and dedicated individuals who are always going from strength to strength!
The Role:
Monday – Friday, you will be the backbone that keeps this top-performing Agents day in order. This role will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily to ensure seamless transactions. As the Executive Assistant, your specific duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Diary, e-mail & appointment management Preparing Sales listing kits Liaising with vendors and buyers Handling exchanges and settlements Property marketing and advertising Assisting at property auctions General administrative tasks The Candidate:
Our successful applicant will demonstrate confidence, maturity, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role is essential to be considered. The ideal candidate will also attribute:
