Bankstown Hospital is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Professor of Medicine. In this pivotal role, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and serve as a key liaison between the Professor, hospital staff, and external stakeholders. What You'll be Doing
The role of the Personal Assistant to the Professor of Medicine is to provide high quality customer focused secretarial/administration support to the Professor of Medicine and to the Medical Administration Department. The position requires an individual who is highly organised whilst demonstrating initiative, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Demonstrated extensive administrative experience with a focus on providing support to senior academic staff. Proven ability to independently organise work priorities, monitor workflow and meet busy work schedules. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, show initiative, use discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills, including well-developed interpersonal skills with extensive experience preparing high-level documentation. Highly developed computer skills, with demonstrated proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated proficiency in secretariat duties for committees including the preparation of agendas and minutes for executive meetings.
