We believe every student's success is grounded in quality learning and teaching, and a school culture that fosters wellbeing, promotes resilience and inspires faith in action.We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Principal in the daily operations of the College. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Principal's office, working closely with the Leadership Team, School Advisory Council, and various stakeholders to uphold the College's mission and values.Please note, this is a full time position with 7 weeks annual leave, which requires working during some school holidays.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Principal, including diary management, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings.Prepare and manage documentation for internal and external meetings, ensuring timely distribution and accurate record-keeping.Serve as Minute Secretary for the College School Advisory Council and Leadership Team, handling agendas, minutes, and meeting logistics.Maintain and update College policies and procedures.Support the Principal in organising whole-school events, including catering arrangements.Ensure compliance with the College's Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy and Child Safety Code of Conduct.Key Selection Criteria:A strong commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Catholic identity of John Paul College.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.The ability to build effective and professional relationships across all levels of the College community.A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.Proven accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability in all tasks undertaken.A commitment to customer service excellence and a positive attitude towards new ideas and approaches.Requirements:Criminal Record CheckValid Working with Children Check (WWCC)Flexibility to work hours that meet the operational needs of the CollegeHow to Apply:Applications close on Friday, 18 October, at 5pm.
