Executive Assistant to the Head of ServiceFull-time TemporaryDetails: The Head of Service is seeking Expressions of Interest to fill the temporary vacancy in the role of Executive Assistant.
The Executive Assistant role is a position of trust and provides high level operational and administrative support including managing a range of project tasks, communications activities, briefing documents, correspondence, meetings, and calendars. The Executive Assistant liaises across the whole of government with various senior internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion and responding quickly to business needs and adhering to tight timeframes.
