About the role

This is a newly created role to assist our General Manager Retail manage their busy day-to-day operations and deliver on key strategic initiatives.
About your new career
Proactive diary and email management to ensure the GM Retail is organised, time is utilised effectively and has flexibility. Handle correspondence, emails and communications on behalf of the GM Retail. Coordinate and assist at meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, take accurate minutes and follow up action items. Compile documentation and reports, conduct research as requested by the GM Retail. Collate information and assist with preparation of Executive reporting. Provide regular feedback and updates to the GM Retail on reporting areas of the company. About you
Experience providing executive/senior administrative support. Experience within the construction or property industry (like industries considered). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Relevant diploma/degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not essential). Why Rivergum
