The role ensures the smooth functioning of the diverse administration requirements of the Executive unit including executive correspondence and support for facility management, finances, planning and project management.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload, meet deadlines, be flexible and show initiative.Excellent interpersonal skills with a wide range of people, including friendly and helpful customer service skills.Strong writing skills including demonstrated ability to produce high-level executive reports and policies for submission; ability to create reports which integrate complex information from multiple sources into a concise and easily understood document - with careful attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to coordinate administrative functions including change management and proactive problem identification and solving.Capacity to work under minimal supervision and perform a diverse range of tasks in a high pressure and busy executive office.Need more information?For role related queries or questions contact Shiraz Abdulla on ****** is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases.
