Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical OfficerWoodforde Group is partnering with a respected Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit a temporary Executive Assistant to help manage an increased workload.

In this role, you will work closely with the current Executive Assistant, providing additional support to the Chief Medical Officer.
Your Role Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer your role will involve:
Key communication and relationship managementExtensive diary managementEmail managementFollowing up on internal activity on behalf of CMOCoordinate and prioritise documents for CMOProviding support to existing Executive AssistantGeneral Administrative SupportYour Profile You are an experienced and committed Executive Assistant with extensive expertise supporting C-suite executives.
You bring a fresh, adaptable approach and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Relationship-oriented, you infuse energy and enthusiasm into the office every day.
Your warm and approachable demeanour helps you build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You're passionate about providing top-tier administrative support at a senior level, known for your organisational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and high corporate standards.
You possess advanced MS Office skills and have a proven record of thriving in deadline-driven settings.
Your exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong prioritisation skills, set you apart.
