Executive Assistant To The Chief Legal Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and staff in the Legal Services Branch. This position would be well suited to a law student or graduate looking for entry level experience to the Australian public service. The role would be administratively supporting legal matters that are critical to supporting Australian democracy.You will be the first point of contact for the Chief Legal Officer and the Legal Services Branch, responsible for coordinating administrative activities associated with key election deliverables with executive assistants throughout the AEC, as well as assisting to book and manage travel arrangements for staff in Legal Services Branch.Additional responsibilities include supporting communication, education and engagement projects in Legal Services Branch and the delivery of trainings and presentations to other business areas at the AEC and managing Legal Services Branch's matter management system (LEX), including the installation of updates and ensuring ongoing access to LEX of all Legal Services staff.#J-18808-Ljbffr
