Provide a full suite of professional executive support services to the CFO and manage a wide range of corporate governance requirements across the organisation. 
Specific responsibilities include:
Directly support the CFO to meet their key business objectives by sensitively and professionally fielding their emails and phone calls; strategically managing their calendars; providing clerical support; and support setting strategic priorities. Develop and maintain effective and trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and liaise with these on behalf of the CFO and the Central Office. Analyse and assess requests to prioritise matters and initiate action to ensure the optimal use of the CFO's time. Research, collate and provide background information to the CFO and team to assist them to make informed decision or actions. Establish and implement effective records management to ensure systems are kept up-to-date and records are moved and tracked efficiently. Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentations to support the work of the CFO and their office. Oversee the coordination, meeting cadence and preparation of all meeting documentation for teams of the CFO's office including but not limited to termly Business Manager meetings, termly finance meetings with all entities, Central Office business support team meetings. Oversee the coordination, meeting cadence and preparation of all meeting documentation for the Board of Directors and associated committees' events and meetings (eg monthly Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meeting). As required, attend Board and assigned committee meetings to record minutes and ensure all meetings are conducted in accordance with legislative requirements. Communicate with the Board of Directors on behalf of the CFO. Manage the Board of Director's systems to ensure compliance with all legal and constitutional requirements (eg Responsible Person's registers, Conflict of Interest register, Related Parties register). Support the Company Secretary to fulfil their duties. Monitor the organisational Policy Library to ensure reviews are conducted and updates are made as appropriate. Monitor the organisational Compliance Calendar and keep CFO up-to-date with obligations. Assist with governance reporting including but not limited to Ethical Accreditation, Sustainability and Modern Slavery legislations. Any other reasonable direction that is within the limits of your skills, competence, training and/or experience as given by your supervisor. Committed Christian who is actively involved in their local evangelical Christian church. A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment. The following qualifications/skills are required for this position:
Tertiary qualifications in business administration, governance and/ or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years demonstrated Executive Assistant or Governance experience. Demonstrated high-level administration and organisational skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Office skills. Other valuable skills you may have:
Experience within c/suite assistant, Board assistant or Company Secretary roles. Experience within the education sector.
