Executive Assistant to the CEO, Mayor and CouncillorsThe Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, exceptional individual to join their Office of the Chief Executive Officer as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, Mayor and Councillors in a Permanent Full-Time capacity.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key hands-on role providing high-level administrative and project support including proactive diary management, monitoring and preparation of correspondence, preparation of reports, project assistance, and record management.
As the first point of contact for Councillors and often the community, you will be an energetic problem solver with highly developed communication skills, a high degree of integrity, and relish the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Advanced computer skills, a high attention to detail, and meticulous record-keeping skills are a must, teamed with a commitment to improving systems and providing superior customer service.
