The Role As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in Omni by managing the daily schedule, communications, and administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
You will be responsible for:
Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and correspondence for the CEO Organising the CEO's daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms as required Organising and managing the CEO's travel arrangements and travel acquittals Preparing presentations and reports as required Managing office documentation and organisation on behalf of the CEO Other reasonable tasks as directed by the Executive team, including the Executive Advisor, and General Managers Our Ideal Candidate We are looking to employ a diverse range of people who are committed, adaptable, collaborative and resilient. A high degree of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet objectives and targets for our clients High level of organisation and attention to detail with technical writing skills A strong commitment to upholding Omni's values and ethical standards Essential Requirements Be an Australian Citizen Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills Desirable Qualifications/Education/Training Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role Certificate in Business Administration such as Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Business Administration or Human Resource management Applications will be assessed as they are received, and the position may be filled prior to closing.
